Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and improve processes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required, along with strong English communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Capability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a full relocation package offered.
• In possession of EU passport
