Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Dutch-speaking clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
• Document and track client interactions accurately to ensure effective service delivery.
• Work with clients to identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
• Engage in continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an empathetic mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
