Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients, effectively addressing their inquiries and business needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet specific client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement to boost client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and valuable feedback.
• Assist in implementing new initiatives and processes to improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry developments to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in a business support or consulting role is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
