This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a strong background in customer service within the banking industry. As a critical member of our client's team, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients by addressing their banking inquiries, assisting with transactions, and offering guidance on various products and services—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries related to banking products and services in Dutch.
• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other banking-related questions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate clients on banking policies, procedures, and available product enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the service experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain current with banking regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or financial services sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to clarify complex information effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and banking applications; understanding of compliance standards is a plus.
