Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels to assess their needs and preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting our range of frozen products.
• Guide customers in making informed decisions regarding product offerings.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to improve service delivery and track feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for soft sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and engaging approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• A collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in the frozen goods market is a plus.
• Must possess an EU passport.
