Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to Dutch-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Promote and sell our products and services, providing relevant information to aid purchasing decisions.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong background in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
