We are looking for highly proficient bilingual specialists to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and evaluate AI generated responses in Dutch, German or French

• Assess outputs for linguistic accuracy, clarity, tone and contextual appropriateness

• Compare responses across languages to ensure meaning is preserved and culturally accurate

• Create prompts and example scenarios in your native language

• Identify subtle language errors, ambiguities or inconsistencies

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it is fluent, natural and contextually correct in your language.

This is not translation work in the traditional sense. Instead of translating documents, you will help improve how AI understands and produces high quality language at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs in real world multilingual contexts.

Who this is for

You are:

• Fluent at a professional or native level in Dutch, German or French and English

• Based in the EU or UK

• Experienced in professional writing, editing, translation, linguistics, communication or a related field

• Highly attentive to linguistic nuance, tone and contextual meaning

• Comfortable analysing structured responses and identifying inconsistencies

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
