💼 What you’ll do

• Respond to incoming inquiries via email and chat with accuracy and care ✉️💬
• Follow clear procedures to solve issues and escalate more complex situations when needed ⚡
• Meet established service standards and help keep our support team performing at its best ✅
• Learn and grow through regular training, coaching, and feedback 📚

Requirements

• Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory 🏢
• Excellent written communication skills ✍️
• Comfortable handling chats and tickets 💬📩
• Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company 📊
• Product support experience is advantageous 🛠️
• Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising 📱
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment 🔄
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues 🕵️‍♀️
