Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, helping them manage their accounts and resolve issues.
• Document customer interactions carefully in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about subscription service offerings and improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in subscription services, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
