Responsibilities:

If you become a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would be responsible for:

• Assisting Dutch speaking customers through different channels.
• Helping customers with reservations, cancelations, changes, etc.
• Providing all the necessary information to customers answering the questions they might have.
• Solving unpredictable situations that might arise in a professional and customer-oriented manner.

Requirements

To become a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would need:

• Native or bilingual level of Dutch.
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Residence in Malaga (or nearby) or willing to relocate to this city.
• Customer Service or accommodation experience is valuable
• Candidates must have the valid documents to work in Spain (NIE, Social Security Number)

• Competitive annual salary: €21,500 gross per year.
•   Permanent contract.
•   39 hours per week.
•   On-site training and working modality at our offices in Malaga center.
•   Training hours: 9h to 18h.
•   Relocation package for candidates outside of Malaga region.
•   Working hours: between 8h to 22h (to be assigned).
