As a Dual Role Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' facilities. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Carry out basic repair and maintenance work, including replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues.
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and presentable at all times.
  • Respond to client requests and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for both employees and clients.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for events and special occasions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the facilities services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
