Our client, a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand, is seeking a Creative Designer specializing in Paid Media and Social. This role is crucial for developing captivating and engaging visual content that aligns with the brand's strategic goals, enhancing customer engagement and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and visually striking designs for paid media campaigns and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets, iterating designs based on data and feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in DTC marketing to continuously improve the quality of content.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , etc.)
• Experience in designing for digital marketing, including paid media and social media campaigns.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful design work.
• Excellent understanding of DTC brand strategies and customer engagement techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and meet tight deadlines.
