Your Role:

  • Be not only a people champion but also act as a change agent and strategic partner for the business 
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Design Performance enhancement initiatives including development programs, 360 degree feedback, etc to help DreamSetGo grow 
  • Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements across different functions
  • Worked on scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all levels of employees.
  • Provide coaching to Captains & Leaders to support employees and ensure effective channels of communication
  • Lead strategic HR projects/initiatives focussing on building a high performance organisation  
  • Be the culture ambassador, plan initiatives to promote & internalize Company Values. Conduct timely culture audits  
  • Build best in class talent practices & processes to elevate overall employee experience
  • Conducting periodic reviews and audits of HR data to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies

Must Have:

  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering & Hiring in a progressive organisation or well known startup
  • A full time masters degree in human resources from a well known institute
  • Superior project management skills and ability to drive Performance and reward programs independently
  • People & Data oriented and affable, should have an aptitude to keep pace in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships across levels of the organization
