Your Role:

Handle company internal and external FIT/GIT travel queries (B-to-C) from order intake and 1st quotation to after sales service.

Liaise and build a strong relationship with domestic and international vendors to negotiate best rates/conditions and ensure a seamless execution of service fulfillment at the destination.

Liaise and build a strong relationship with the client and the internal sales department to provide timely response, best rates and quality service in order to attract repeat business.

Coordinate with the accounts department to get timely payments to vendors executed with all internal processes involved.

When required, travel with the group to the destination to ensure a seamless ground operation.

Work with various online travel booking platforms.

Once a month, weekend attendance (work from home) on a rotating basis.

One week in a month, late night hotline attendance on a rotating basis.

Must have:

Minimum 5 years’ work experience (Travel industry)

Team player with an interest in sports

Detail-oriented with a focus to deliver quality

Basic maths and logical thinking skills

Strong capabilities with database and information system software

Self-motivated person who needs minimal supervision

Proficiency in spoken and written English

A focused client-approach to establish a comfortable working relationship ensuring repeat business.
