We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods or passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries or passenger arrivals
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Load and unload cargo or assist passengers as needed
Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents or delays
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Handle cash transactions and maintain proper documentation when required
Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
Adapt to changing schedules and road conditions with flexibility and resilience
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
Strong time management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Ability to lift and handle packages of varying weights
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and routes
Goal-oriented with a commitment to meeting delivery or transportation targets
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a professional driver preferred
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required for certain positions
Knowledge of the Birmingham area and surrounding regions is a plus
