Driver Support Assistant

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to join the company’s Payroll Department. Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based at our San Pedro Sula office.

Responsibilities:

• Support drivers and internal teams through calls and message board inquiries.
• Review trip exceptions, unprocessed trips, and resolve errors prior to payroll.
• Audit trip data, mileage, layovers, and payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze discrepancies and coordinate corrections with operations and payroll teams.
• Process cross-border, transfer, discrepancy, and layover reports.
• Review and process expenses, reimbursements, cash advances, and manual checks.
• Prepare and distribute driver settlement reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with drivers regarding payroll and related inquiries.
• Experience reviewing data, reports, or transactions with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with trip management, dispatch support, or operational reporting preferred.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
