About the role:
The primary function of this role is to lead and execute data-driven projects focused on improving driver experience and platform health by optimizing supply-demand balance, minimizing operational costs, and streamlining processes related to the supply side of the business. This role combines strong analytical thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership to oversee relationships with a critical segment of the business: drivers. Additionally, it plays a key role in mission optimization, platform operations, and driver lifecycle management to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, and other stakeholders) to investigate and resolve driver-related issues.
Collaborate across the Driver Operations team to escalate cases and improve processes and policies.
Manage the driver lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
Analyze data to understand driver behavior and optimize communication and incentive strategies.
Monitor supply-demand dynamics and identify opportunities to improve driver availability and productivity.
Track key operational KPIs (cancellation rates, online hours, cost per order, mission performance, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
Design, launch, and optimize driver missions and incentive programs aligned with business needs.
Evaluate incentive performance (ROI, incremental supply, engagement impact) and adjust based on data.
Conduct A/B testing and impact analysis to continuously improve incentive programs.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvements. Translate high-level strategies into structured action plans with clear milestones and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Driver Operations and Platform Operations.

An open-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background).
To be part of our team, you’ll need:
Proactive Person, at least 2 years experience in Data Strategies, Managing Projects or similar positions.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
English B2 or above.
Strong ability in basic and advanced functions in Google Sheets and Excel.
Basic Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio are a plus.
Basic knowledge in SQL. Other programming languages are a plus.
Lean Six Sigma or similar is a plus.
