Driver Operations Coordinator, Onboarding/ Bilingüe.

About the role:
This position offers a dynamic combination of strategic planning, business growth, operational oversight, and leadership. We are looking for a highly results-driven Driver Acquisition and Onboarding Leader to lead and optimize our driver attraction and onboarding processes. This role is key to ensuring a high-quality driver supply, improving conversion rates, and delivering an efficient and seamless onboarding experience.
What you will do:

Driver Acquisition

  • Optimize the acquisition process and identify solutions to increase conversion rates.

  • Optimize and scale the driver referral program.

  • Improve the volume and quality of driver leads.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on paid digital campaigns.

  • Develop and execute offline acquisition channels, including events in early-stage cities.

  • Onboarding Optimization

  • Continuously improve the onboarding funnel to increase conversion rates.

  • Optimize training content, documentation requirements, and support materials.

  • Identify friction points and propose solutions to streamline the process.

  • Analyze the funnel with a strong logical approach: What is driving conversion drops or increases? At which stage do drivers drop off and why? How can we improve it (action plan)?

  • Track and monitor daily and weekly conversion rates to identify issues and suggest solutions.

  • Lead weekly update meetings on performance and results, as well as monthly performance reviews.

  • Team Management & Performance

  • Lead and manage onboarding teams to improve performance.

  • Oversee acquisition team activities, including real-time monitoring to ensure agents meet schedules (breaks, attendance) and targets.

  • Conduct quality control audits by reviewing calls and/or verified documents.

  • Conversion Team

  • Monitor individual conversion rates (target: minimum 75% individual score).

  • Ensure conversion volume per agent (target: minimum 15% individual score).

  • Track new drivers until they complete their first order in the app.

  • Continuously improve the quality of training and onboarding to ensure drivers have the necessary knowledge and experience, while establishing a strong initial connection with the driver support system.

  • Verification Team

  • Ensure high accuracy in document and profile verification.

  • Optimize productivity (verifications per hour or per day per agent).

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Driver Communications team to design and optimize messaging throughout the onboarding process.

  • Act as the liaison with the HK team to share reports and meet operational requirements, ensuring alignment and proper execution across all areas.

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Proven leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team, fostering an enthusiastic and passionate environment focused on growing the driver community.

  • Business development experience: Experience in business development or corporate sales is a plus. You will leverage your skills to identify and secure reliable lead sources among truck operators and build strong business relationships.

  • Prioritization and organization: Strong prioritization skills and a structured mindset are essential to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Data-driven decision making: A performance- and data-oriented professional, capable of identifying key improvement opportunities and making sound business decisions in any situation.

  • Experience in operations, onboarding, or managing acquisition teams.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams.

  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on data-based decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • A university degree is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in people management and driver recruitment.

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience is a plus.

  • Previous experience working with mobility apps, car and truck dealerships, banks/financial institutions, and transport associations is highly valued. Experience in traditional logistics or on-demand delivery is also a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and deliver clear and concise presentations.

  • Advanced English level (C1).
