Driver Operations Associate (Onboarding)

What you’ll do
Application Review: Assess driver applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
Background Checks: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Support and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers during the onboarding process and address queries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.

What you’ll need
Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
Ability to work on weekend schedule
