The ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the ops team at Lalamove Malaysia. You will be in charge of scheduling and training Lalamove drivers and will need to take full ownership of a crucial component of our business. Administrative Tasks:

  • Vehicle Change Processes: Manage and execute vehicle change procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Account-Related Enquiries: Address and resolve account-related inquiries from drivers and other stakeholders efficiently and professionally.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities, including vehicle changes and account updates.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and submit them to the team lead.

  • Front of House Support:

    • Bag Distribution: Oversee the distribution of bags to drivers, ensuring each driver receives the correct items promptly.

    • Walk-In Enquiries: Assist drivers with their queries upon arrival at the driver center, providing information and resolving issues as needed.

    • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and drivers, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

    • Driver Education:

      • Platform Training: Conduct training sessions for drivers on how to use the platform effectively, ensuring they understand all features and best practices.

      • Service Quality: Educate drivers on service quality standards and procedures to maintain a high level of service excellence.

      • Feedback: Collect feedback from drivers regarding the platform and training sessions, and report insights to the team lead for continuous improvement.

      • Additional Ad-Hoc Tasks:

        • Team Support: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the team lead, which may include event planning, logistics support, or other administrative duties.

        • Flexibility: Be prepared to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the needs of the team and the organization evolve.

  • What you’ll need
  • Diploma or higher in any field

  • Previous experience in driver/community management or field team recruitment is a plus
