Driver Operations Associate

Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure consistent performance and quality of service (Drivers Part)

Coordinate and monitor vendor operations related to stock and inventory control.

Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards to track inventory, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service levels to achieve company objectives.

Evaluate vendor performance on a regular basis and propose improvement plans.

Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Accounting, and Operations) to align vendor activities with company goals.

Source and onboard new vendors to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintain accurate vendor documentation and database for auditing and reporting purposes.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

At least 2–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis)

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
