About the role: To engage and empower Lalamove drivers as brand ambassadors by promoting sticker acquisition and retention through strategic incentives, seamless integration, and community-driven engagement.
What you'll do:
Achieve daily and monthly sticker acquisition targets.
Convert First time Deposit drivers & Active Non-sticker users into sticker users.
Ensure a high first-month retention rate and continuously improve retention strategies.
Monitor acquisition performance and ensure accuracy in reporting while adjusting strategies as needed.
Conduct cohort analysis of first-time sticker users and refine engagement strategies based on insights.
Revive sticker churn.

Committed to following company procedures and ensuring accurate, data-driven reporting and insights.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred
Excellent data-related skills with knowledge of relevant tools and platforms (mostly in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of 6 Months of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in driver/community management and field team
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
