Enhance partner engagement and retention by employing data analysis and incentive programs to ensure stable supply and continuous growth on the platform.
你將負責司機夥伴的留存與活躍經營，透過基礎的數據分析、獎勵活動規劃與日常營運管理，提升司機夥伴的接單活躍度與平台黏著度，確保平台供給穩定並持續成長。
在這個角色中，你將從司機夥伴的使用行為與營運數據中找出問題與成長機會，透過活動執行、成效追蹤與跨部門合作，優化司機夥伴的整體營運體驗，成為推動平台成長的重要角色。
【工作內容】
規劃並執行司機留存與新司機活躍活動，透過獎勵機制提升司機完成首單與持續接單意願。
執行司機推薦計畫，透過既有司機夥伴提升新司機招募與社群活躍度。
每日追蹤司機供給、回應率與活躍狀況，分析營運數據並提出優化建議，維持穩定運能。
分析各項活動與獎勵方案成效，觀察市場趨勢與競業策略，持續發掘新的成長機會。
協助規劃與執行司機福利合作專案，提升司機夥伴對平台的黏著度與忠誠度。
與內部團隊密切合作，確保活動與獎勵方案資訊同步並順利推動執行。
協助處理司機夥伴日常問題，包含現場協助、文件確認與相關營運支援事項。
視需求協助參與政府相關會議與對外溝通事項。
