Driver General Applications

As a Delivery Driver at Yodel, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring parcels reach their destination safely and on time. You'll manage your own delivery route, interact with customers, and play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for loading your vehicle at the start of each shift, planning efficient delivery routes, scanning and delivering parcels to customers, obtaining signatures when required, and handling any customer queries professionally. You'll need to maintain accurate delivery records and ensure your vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy.

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Good level of physical fitness as the role involves regular lifting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of local area preferred
• Smartphone proficiency
