1. Community Leadership & Engagement

  • Empower and support the community structure and its designated leaders.
  • Align operations with company policies, programs, and performance targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between management and the community to ensure operational synergy.
  • Disseminate official updates and directives with clarity and consistency.

2. Performance Monitoring & Coaching

  • Analyze community performance metrics (e.g., activity rates, cancellations, ratings, and KPI compliance).
  • Acknowledge top performers and provide targeted coaching for those requiring improvement.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to elevate overall community standards.

3. Community Support & Case Handling

  • Resolve community concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Streamline assistance requests by coordinating effectively with relevant departments.
  • Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the management team.

4. Program Design & Execution

  • Conceptualize and launch welfare, engagement, and productivity programs.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization.
  • Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness.

5. Competitor & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

6. Governance & Compliance

  • Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose proactive, actionable solutions.
  • Provide strategic input on new programs and budgets, pending formal authorization.

7. Continuous Improvement

  • Adopt industry best practices and share knowledge internally to foster a culture of learning.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain at the forefront of the field.
  • Execute special projects and high-priority initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related course
  • 3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
  • Good Communication Skills, computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
  • Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision.
