✏️ Job Overview:

As a Drafter, you will play a key role in supporting the design team by transforming initial sketches into high-quality, professional CAD drawings that meet company and client standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

-Create technical drawings from basic to advanced complexity, based on hand sketches provided by designers

-Refine and format CAD drawings for client presentation, aligning with company standards

-Edit schematic drawings based on markup feedback

-Complete detailed design documentation post-design development, including:

-Dimensions

-Door & window sizes

-Electrical plans, and more

-Revise floor plans and layouts in response to redline markups

-Ensure precision and consistency in every drawing update

Requirements

✅ Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role

-Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups

-Ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches and translate them into precise CAD files

-High attention to detail and commitment to quality

-Strong communication and time management skills

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
