Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Drafter / BIM Modeler to support construction projects in New York City. The role focuses on preparing site safety plans, construction drawings, and BIM models in compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills, proficiency in CAD/BIM software, and experience producing safety documentation for complex urban construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update site safety plans, layouts, and construction drawings for NYC projects.
  • Create and manage BIM models to support project coordination and compliance.
