About the Role
As a Field Support Engineer, you will maintain, repair, and optimize our dosing equipment and systems at customer locations across the Netherlands. You will receive comprehensive training and a service van, so that after your onboarding period you can work independently.
You will join a team where technology, customer focus, and innovation come together – with plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in a growing field: robotics and smart cleaning technology.
What You’ll Do
· Maintain and repair bespoke dosing equipment across a range of customer sites
· Provide technical support to customers using our systems both online and in person
· Provide solutions for technical challenges on-site.
· Coordinate assigned tasks on a daily basis ensuring all jobs are completed
· Work with a focus on customer service, quality, and safety
Requirements
What You Bring
· A technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering) or proven technical affinity.
· Ability to communicate in English and Dutch
· Driver’s license B – a service van & fuel card will be provided.
· Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help.
· Customer-oriented, eager to learn, and open to modern technology such as robotics.
