Reports to: Lead Accountant; significant collaboration with Advancement
This position is: Full-time and exempt
Location: Dallas office; hybrid schedule
The Donor Relations Manager provides strategic coordination and stewardship of Launch Global’s donor relations processes. This role significantly collaborates with the Advancement team and ensures donors experience timely, accurate, and meaningful support while strengthening the internal systems that sustain our organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication, diligence, and creativity, and models professionalism, problem-solving, and collaborative partnership across teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Systems Leadership & Optimization
- Serve as the organizational lead for our donor management software (currently NeonCRM) and associated systems.
- Proactively recommend improvements, stay current with product updates, and ensure maximal use of available tools.
- Participate in planning and implementation of new giving platforms, technologies, or processes in collaboration with the Finance Director and Advancement.
Donor Communication & Stewardship
- Ensure donors receive prompt, professional, and warm communication via phone and email.
- Oversee processing of donations, account updates, and donor assistance through the giving process.
- Identify recurring donor needs and propose improvements to the donor experience.
Internal Partner Support
- Provide clear and timely communication and support to support-raised ministry staff regarding donor reporting and contribution-related questions.
- Assist with donor-related onboarding and offboarding tasks for support-raised team members.
Data Integrity & Financial Processing
- Oversee accurate daily recording of incoming donations from the lockbox and any checks received by mail.
- Manage the donor database, including merging duplicates, handling declined transactions, maintaining accurate contact information, and curating saved reports.
- Maintain and continually improve internal FAQs and resource guides for donors and staff.
Reporting & Receipting
- Coordinate monthly donor receipts and acknowledgments as needed.
- Lead the preparation and distribution of year-end donor receipts via email and mail.
Compliance & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support the annual audit by preparing donor-related documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assist the Finance Director with donor-related or cross-functional special projects.
- Provide backup support to other finance and administrative team members as needed.
