We are looking for an experienced and strategic data professional to lead the Affiliate Analytics domain at Better Collective. In this role, you will own one of the most critical and complex data domains in the company—affiliate performance. You will work across the business to transform messy platform data into structured insights that power commercial and product decision-making.
You’ll collaborate closely with our central data platform team, as well as with stakeholders from Finance, Commercial, Product, and Market teams. Your expertise will drive the roadmap for affiliate analytics, ensuring consistency, transparency, and actionable insights across our global setup.
Your Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the affiliate analytics domain—from data ingestion and modeling of data products
Lead cross-team efforts to improve data accuracy, attribution, and transparency in affiliate performance
Develop scalable and reusable data models that support business questions on player value, deal performance, revenue share, and more
Drive the standardisation of affiliate data across platforms, brands, markets, and deal types
Work closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and domain leads to ensure data models are well-structured, connected, and aligned with our data strategy
Support important business decisions, including platform migrations, market entries, and deal negotiations, with reliable data
Guide and mentor colleagues working with affiliate data, helping to raise data quality and analytical standards across the organisation
