About the Role
As a Dolap Strategy & Planning Professional, you will help shape Dolap’s growth by driving company-wide strategy, analysing performance and leading cross-functional projects. You will turn data into clear insights, guide business targets, identify new opportunities and support key decisions that strengthen Dolap’s business model and future trajectory.
Responsibilities
Wearing many hats: partnering with leaders from marketplace, product, growth & marketing, customer experience and other cross departments on key strategic and growth priorities
Lead performance monitoring through monthly meetings and quarterly reviews: you notice important trends, understand their drivers, and use those insights to reshape plans
Lead cross-functional projects that test bold hypotheses, translate data into strategy, and scale what works — shaping how markets grow
Designing comprehensive and top-down analyses and simulation/ projection models to identify long term challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company
Steering the company P&L from a strategic perspective to ensure a healthy business traction and to identify opportunities to improve our business model
Analyse transactional data and user behaviour to uncover monetisation opportunities. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases
Build data-driven models to predict the impact of business model changes on conversion, take rate, and revenue
Partner with business and product stakeholders to establish clear testing roadmaps, define success metrics, and prioritise experiments based on impact and feasibility
Conducting local and global market watch and benchmarking to identify opportunities or potential threats to our business
Expected Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies
3+ years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, investment banking strategy or ceo office), where you’ve learned to connect analysis, insight, and execution
Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making
Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of aligning with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making
Excited to work with different functions within the company
Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills — and an instinct for turning analysis into decisions and impact
Experience with P&L forecasting and business case modeling
