Documentation and Quality Engineer works in Engineering & Consulting Department in Poland. Responsible for the products technical documentation, quality and certification.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive product technical documentation including User manual, Software manual, Maintenance schedule, Spare parts list etc.
- Review and revise existing documentation.
- Participation in product conformity and risk assessment in accordance with the applicable standards and directives requirements e.g. 2006/42/EC, coordinate product certification (CE)
- Cooperate with mechanical designers, automation and vision engineers, software developers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and requirements.
- Moderate Design/Machinery Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Incoming inspection of parts, nonconformity reports for rejected parts.
- Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering field (process/mechanical engineering or similar);
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or/and managing process documentation in mechanical/automation/quality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Open to change and willing to learn new skills;
- Analytic, critical and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
- Knowledge of Jira, an asset;
- English level allowing business communication, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
