Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive product technical documentation including User manual, Software manual, Maintenance schedule, Spare parts list etc.
  • Review and revise existing documentation.
  • Participation in product conformity and risk assessment in accordance with the applicable standards and directives requirements e.g. 2006/42/EC, coordinate product certification (CE)
  • Cooperate with mechanical designers, automation and vision engineers, software developers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and requirements.
  • Moderate Design/Machinery Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  • Incoming inspection of parts, nonconformity reports for rejected parts.
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering field (process/mechanical engineering or similar);
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or/and managing process documentation in mechanical/automation/quality industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Open to change and willing to learn new skills;
  • Analytic, critical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word);
  • Knowledge of Jira, an asset;
  • English level allowing business communication, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
