We are looking for ​Documentation and Data Management Professionals ​in support to our client Fusion for Energy for their location in ​Barcelona, Spain​. The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and will be working onsite at our client’s location.

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: 

  • Supporting the storage, organisation, and access control to documentation;   

  • Supporting the verification that all documents are stored in the correct place;   

  • Ensuring that all documents have the correct access rights, as per applicable policies;   

  • Organising the incoming and outgoing documentation in existing document management systems   

  • Supporting the control of the application of policies on documentation review and approval;   

  • Supporting the verification and review of incoming and outgoing documents against technical and quality requirements;   

  • Supporting the preparation of internal and external administrative documentation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, alternatively candidates with vocational training and 5+ years of experience can also be considered;   

  • Experience in the management of documentation and technical data;  

  • Experience in the management of documentation and technical data in engineering projects;  

  • Experience in the application of ISO 30300;  

  • Experience in understanding and responding to customer needs related to documentation and technical data management in a project;  

  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU;  

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
