Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta provides temporary workers to eu-LISA.
Document Management Officer
As a Document Management Officer, you will support the Performance and Corporate Affairs Sector within the Strategy, Capabilities and Coordination Unit. You will work closely with eu-LISA staff and management, contributing to high-quality document management, corporate reporting, and governance-related activities.
You will:
Ensure the effective functioning of the document management system within the Unit and Sector
Ensure document quality, including style and language, and provide advice to eu-LISA staff
Maintain and further develop the hierarchy of corporate documents
Maintain and update repositories of cross-organisational and governance documents
Maintain and update integrated governance documentation
Support the drafting of corporate and statutory reports
Draft the Agency’s annual sustainability report
Requirements:
Education corresponding to a completed university degree
Professional experience relevant to document management, reporting, or corporate governance
Proven experience in document management systems (e.g. SharePoint or similar)
Experience in editing, proofreading, and drafting structured reports in English
Experience in designing document templates and structures
Strong drafting, organisational, and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
