Divisional Talent Acquisition Manager

The Divisional Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment strategy and execution across a group of communities within the assigned division. This role is responsible for managing a team of recruiters and coordinators, partnering with regional leadership, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of high-volume hiring in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for multiple regions/communities.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA Managers, Senior Recruiters, Sourcers, and TA Coordinators.

• Partner closely with divisional and regional leadership to understand hiring forecasts and workforce plans.

• Monitor recruiting KPIs and SLAs (time-to-fill, candidate quality, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.).

• Drive process improvements and ensure consistency across sites in candidate experience and hiring practices.

• Collaborate with Employer Branding and HR teams to strengthen brand awareness in target markets.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all recruitment activities.

• Oversee ATS utilization and reporting; ensure data accuracy and system optimization.

• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority hiring needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or divisional leadership role.
  • Proven success leading high-volume hiring teams in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting technology, including ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Experience with US market
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI reporting and dashboard use.
