Role Overview

Centum is recruiting Divisional Managers to lead specialist delivery teams across Busbar Installations, Cable Pulling, and HV/MV Termination & Commissioning. These are senior leadership roles with autonomy to build teams, set delivery strategy and manage multiple major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead and grow specialist divisions across Europe.
• Develop RAMS, sequencing, safe systems of work and resource plans.
• Manage procurement, tooling, plant and subcontractor mobilisation.
• Implement QA/QC systems, ITPs and commissioning plans.
• Lead accreditation pathways and competency frameworks.
• Drive value engineering and cost-efficient delivery.
• Oversee multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong construction management background in busbar, cable pulling or HV/MV termination/commissioning.
• Deep knowledge of IFC vs IFT drawings, RFIs, QA/QC and technical submittals.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead large teams and multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Technical or managerial qualification suitable to discipline.
• Experience in industrial, hyperscale or data-centre environments essential.

Desirable

• Experience with Primavera P6 or Procore is desirable.
