Lead Dive Training in a Marine Conservation Hub
Location: Cap Ternay, Seychelles | Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 1 year+
🌎 DIVE DEEP INTO PURPOSEFUL WORK
You’re a certified dive pro who’s as passionate about teaching as you are about the ocean. You thrive in structured environments, know how to keep your cool when equipment breaks down, and light up when your students finally get it. You’re looking for a role where your skills can support something bigger than just diving for fun.
At GVI Cap Ternay, you’ll coordinate and deliver PADI training as part of a mission-driven marine conservation operation - training the next generation of researchers, protecting fragile ecosystems, and building something lasting in one of the world’s most incredible underwater regions.
✨ WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As our Dive Program Coordinator, you’ll lead all diving operations on base - organising courses, managing equipment, maintaining safety standards, and working closely with the science and operations team to ensure seamless scheduling.
Your work will directly support marine conservation training, ensuring participants are not only qualified, but prepared to contribute to field surveys safely and effectively. This is not a dive shop - it’s a conservation engine, and you’re at the heart of it.
