RAB Lighting is looking for a high-energy, results-driven District Sales Manager to help drive growth in a key territory. If you have experience with sales strategy, customer relationships, and technology-driven solutions, then RAB wants to hear from you!
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving district and corporate sales and profitability goals through market development, product launches, sales performance reporting (via Tableau), and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires daily travel as you visit distributors and contractors, participate in job walks, and recommend appropriate products and technologies. To be considered, candidates must reside in Georgia or Alabama, with a strong preference for those based in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication and organizational skills, proven experience selling lighting and control technologies, a strong commitment to customer service, and familiarity with supporting RAB’s NEMRA representative network.
