We are seeking an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven, target-oriented individual with a talent for business development and channel account managment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, recruit and onboard new distributors in assigned regions/market
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets through distribution partners
  • Support distributors with product launches, promotions and go to market plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams ( FAE/PM, Oversea factories, Customer Service, planning, logistics) to support distributors.
  • Monitor distributor performance (sales results, stock levels, market coverage)
  • Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key partners and provide regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Analyze distributor sales data and track KPI ( Growth, budget achievement and new business wins.)
  • Negotiate commercial terms in distribution agreement.
  • On-site support at exhibitions and events.
  • Regular distributor visits and joint end-user visits to drive engagement and performance.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of sales or channel management experience ( distribution or B2B preferred)
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS office
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit distributors and manage accounts within the designated region.
  • Proactive, positive and can-do mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English, any other European language is a plus.
  • Engineering background with power-supply knowledge is a plus.
