Your Mission 

We are looking for a Dispute Resolution Optimization Analyst to join our Dispute team. Reporting to our Dispute Performance Team Lead you will be supporting the team on handling merchants’ disputes and assisting clients with various queries regarding the re-presentment process and optimizing the dispute process performance.

 

The Dispute Resolution Optimization Analyst is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 18:00 (GMT+2).

 

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

  • Analyze merchant dispute performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to merchants, providing data-driven insights and guidance on dispute prevention and best practices.
  • Optimize internal dispute management procedures and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business Analysis teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
  • Perform daily operational activities, including monitoring and managing the dispute flow.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. work experience in either Claims, Transactional Banking (Disputes & Payment Investigations), or a similar operational/analytical role;
  • Good understanding of Excel (create tables, filter, remove duplicate values)
  • Working Experience as an analyst
  • High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail;
  • Good problem-solving and strong analytical skills;
  • Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team;
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written);
  • French (both verbal and written) is and advantage;
  • SQL, Python, and experience in chargebacks (advantage);
  • Advanced Excel (advantage).
