We’re looking for a Display Operations Lead EMEA to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As Display Operations Lead EMEA, you will:

• Oversee the daily operational execution of the global display production pipeline, ensuring smooth workflows and reliable SLA delivery.

• Manage real-time resource allocation across regions, assigning designers based on workload, priority, and capacity.

• Activate and coordinate outsourcing with external vendors when internal capacity is insufficient.

• Monitor operational signals such as ticket volume, SLA risk, repeat issues, and handoff quality, taking proactive action to rebalance workloads.

• Enforce global workflows and operational processes, ensuring consistent execution by Design Client Leads and Coordinators.

• Identify operational risks and recurring breakdowns, diagnosing root causes and escalating or resolving issues efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with Design Client Leads to align operational decisions with commercial context and client priorities.

• Partner with the Global Head of Display Operations to implement structural and process improvements across markets.

• Coordinate with the Group Technical Design Head when advanced technical or creative support is required for complex requests.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in creative operations, traffic management, or digital production coordination within high-volume environments.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess capacity, prioritize work, and make fast, sound operational decisions.

• Hands-on experience managing resource allocation, workflows, and SLA-driven production systems.

• High level of discipline and attention to process, ensuring consistency across regions and teams.

• Ability to detect operational risks early and act decisively to prevent escalation.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear coordination with Design Client Leads, Coordinators, and leadership stakeholders.

• Comfort operating with authority in complex, fast-paced environments without direct people management.

• A structured, process-oriented mindset combined with practical problem-solving capabilities.

• Working knowledge of Figma to review, interpret, and collaborate on interface designs (components, layouts, and prototypes) within cross-functional teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand web structures and styling.
