MetTel is hiring for Dispatch Support! We are looking for a self-starter with the drive to succeed and someone who thrives in a highly pressured environment.
Dispatch Support will liaise between service technicians and customers. They coordinate the scheduling of service appointments, track technician location and status, and relay information back and forth between technicians and customers.
Dispatch Support is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring all service technicians are requested and confirmed. This role requires exemplary follow up skills and organization.

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $40,000.00 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
