Discretionary Flow Trader -

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Flow trader for crypto derivatives. In this pivotal role, the candidate will be entrusted with managing and overseeing Flow Trading and rigorous risk management across crypto futures and options. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and should be able to extract key insights from their investment universe and leverage it to manage risk and liquidity within their mandate and have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of risk and position of the flow business
• Research both quantitative and non quantitative for market intelligence & market flow trends
• Implement stringent risk management, actively assessing the merits of all positions and investment thesis 
• Monitoring and management of orderbooks to ensure best possible liquidity and depth and other operational aspects 
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulations, and internal company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 Colleges. Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus
• Preferably working proficiency in a statistical coding language (R, python etc)
• Strong understanding of derivatives (futures and options) and their risk management and price drivers 
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, related trading products and their price drivers 
• Demonstrated strength of character: integrity, initiative, judgment, commitment, emotional stability, persistence, resilience.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities, capable of performing well under pressure
