Algolia is looking for a Director, Talent Management & Development to help us maximize the potential of our talent across the globe. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with experience leading learning, career development and performance management programs for a global organization. You will work closely with our People team, managers, and leaders across the company to design creative and high impact programs to support Algolia’s growth. The ideal candidate is able to translate data and inputs into innovative, simplistic, and scalable programs and practices to uplevel the experience for leaders and team members. We are seeking a relationship-builder, who has experience in People consulting, solution design, development, and implementation for a wide variety of talent issues and challenges.
