Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), this role is the clear owner of supply chain outcomes. The scope spans procurement, inventory, and strategic sourcing across a 300+ supplier ecosystem, 3,000+ SKUs, and a high-caliber, multi-disciplinary supply chain team operating across regions. Success in this role is measured by consistent delivery against enterprise KPIs like:

This position requires a leader who builds scalable systems, reinforces operating discipline, develops teams that execute reliably in a fast-growing, complex environment, and intensifies sourcing strategy and supplier engagement to strengthen capacity, cost, and resilience.
As a member of the Operations & Supply Chain Steering Team, this role plays a critical part in shaping how the company scales—ensuring the supply chain remains predictable, resilient, and responsive as volume and complexity increase.
