Position Summary:

The Director of Supply Chain Operations will oversee developing and implementing Supply Chain SOPs and business processes to support the commercialization of AXPAXLI.  This individual will play a key cross functional role in managing the S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, supply chain, and the rest of the organization.  The Director will develop and report key operating metrics and prepare dashboard for the leadership team on the status of initiatives.  This individual will also implement and optimize SAP S/4Rise master data within a medical device/drug product manufacturing environment, including SAP master data build strategy, while ensuring alignment with overall business goals, focused on data integrity and compliance.

This is a hands-on role that reports into the Head of Supply Chain.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead the design of business process and SOPs to support the commercial launch of AXPAXLI
  • Develop enterprise S&OP process to support multiple commercial products and Phase 3 clinical trials
  • Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership teams to track supply and inventory flows
  • Develop forecasting processes for planning and managing inventory across the supply chain
  • Develops Supply Chain master data strategies in alignment with business objectives
  • Defines vision and strategy for SAP S/4 Rise implementation
  • Develops and assists with validation plans and documenting SOPs
  • Serves as SME for SAP production planning and execution process flows
  • Oversees end to end supply chain life cycle data management (Materials, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, Distribution)
  • Develop KPI and management reporting
  • Support S&OP meeting
  • Ensures data integrity and harmonization across production planning, inventory management, distribution, and finance

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management)
  • Minimum 10 years of ERP data management experience in a leadership position
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Project management certifications a plus
  • APIC certification a plus
  • SAP S/3or 4 experience a must
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms and modules
  • Experience in a regulated medical device or drug product environment
  • Proven track record translating business needs into ERP process flow design
  • Experienced in pharmaceutical global planning
  • Enhanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes and workflows
  • Ability to think strategically about how master data impacts planning, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, trade, and finance, while solving any technical issues

 

 

 

Salary Range
$210,000$220,000 USD
