Job Overview
As a Strategic Talent Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing Talent strategies to attract, develop and retain the top talents for our organization. 
This Partner will closely work with senior business leadership to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the overall talent management programs. 
You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive the growth and development of our high potential employees to ensure talent retention across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with senior business leaders and employees to identify their talent needs and provide strategic talent management support based on business understanding.
  • Coach and advise managers on a range of Talent agendas, including performance management, compensation review, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with managers to manage low performance issues by taking proactive actions and measures to cultivate high-performing culture.
  • Lead and facilitate the talent review process and work with business leaders to develop succession plans and identify high-potential employees.
  • Manage executive employee relations issues and suggest appropriate resolution strategies with collaboration of Legal, ER and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs and People Operations to deliver customized HR programs and solutions, including but not limited to overall HR process, talent management, compensation, and employee engagement etc.

Qualifications

  • Sr. HRBP or HR Managers experience preferably at MNCs and/or large corporations.
  • Possess strong communication, persuasion and influencing skills to all levels of employees.
  • Effectively work with senior level leadership with good coaching and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding on general HR practices in recruitment, compensation/benefits, talent management, performance management and learning and development.
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken.
