Partnering closely with product, engineering, go-to-market, and other cross functional stakeholders, you will ensure each alliance is thoughtfully designed and delivers clear, measurable business outcomes. In this role you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and execute bespoke structures, applying creativity in commercial and transaction design.
  • Develop clear, compelling business cases that secure alignment and buy-in from senior leadership.

  • Craft persuasive partnership narratives that clearly articulate mutual value and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement the partnerships and ensure these deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Contribute to build / buy / partner analyses and broader Corp Dev initiative.
  • Skills you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in product / corporate / strategic partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within FinTech or financial services.

  • A proven track record of sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships, including non-standard or bespoke arrangements.
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including comfort with deal structuring, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-priority initiatives simultaneously while leading large, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent negotiation judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
