Seize the opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare transformation with Vim!

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on senior product leader to own Vim’s Care Collaboration product, defining how we connect providers, care managers, and quality teams at the point of care. You’ll shape the product vision, identify the right touchpoints and stakeholders, and work closely with engineering and design to bring intuitive, high-impact experiences to life. This role combines strategic thinking with deep product execution, ideal for a builder who can move seamlessly between roadmap definition and hands-on UX design.

What we are doing at Vim

Vim has built a next-generation clinical workflow integration technology that is fostering connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem. Our proven Core Application suite for diagnosis gaps, care gaps, referrals, medication recommendations, data exchange and more has paved the way for us to unlock accelerated healthcare innovation through our new developer platform (Canvas). Healthcare and technology builders of all sizes, including national health plans, leading Management Services Organizations (MSOs), value-based care enablers, and tech companies, use Vim's platform to connect with over 6,000 care provider organizations. Through these connections, builders can equip care providers with the tools and resources they need to focus on their mission: providing exceptional care to each and every patient. Don’t miss the opportunity to join Vim and influence the future of healthcare delivery.

What you will do

  • Own the Care Collaboration product area end-to-end — defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how Vim connects providers, care managers, and quality teams
  • Operate at multiple altitudes: set the long-term product vision while also staying close to the details of UX, workflow design, and user adoption
  • Collaborate directly with engineering and design to translate complex needs into elegant, usable product experiences
  • Engage deeply with customers and users to uncover insights, validate ideas, and refine workflows that drive measurable impact
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in data, customer success, and market-facing teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Prioritize effectively across competing demands, balancing innovation with operational excellence
  • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics that reflect both user adoption and business value

Who we are looking for

  • 8-10 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering complex, user-facing products in SaaS or data-intensive environments
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically — from roadmap planning to wireframes and design reviews
  • Strong technical foundation and fluency—comfortable with APIs, systems architecture, developer experience design, and data pipelines and integration.
  • Deep empathy for end-users — providers, care coordinators, and operational teams — and the ability to translate their needs into intuitive products
  • Enterprise mindset - comfortable with driving product strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and motivated by building in complex, evolving domains
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, skilled at aligning technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring PMs, ideally in a scaling or high-growth organization
  • Based in NYC with availability to work in-office on a hybrid schedule.

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Background in clinical workflows or other regulated, complex domains.
