What We Are Looking For

Your work will directly influence Persado’s business growth and product direction. Insights from client engagements will inform roadmap priorities, your strategic solutioning will drive commercial outcomes, and your leadership will be visible to Persado’s executive team. This role offers a platform to have meaningful influence across teams and the broader enterprise marketing landscape.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead strategic solutioning with enterprise clients, defining scope, designing solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure client success.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that simplify complex solutions for technical and executive audiences.
  • Champion post-sale alignment on technical architecture, rollout plans, and performance goals.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting) in Martech, Adtech, or SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including email, web, display, and personalization platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Oracle Responsys, or Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional communicator — listens actively, distills complex ideas into clear, actionable messages, and adapts style for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Self-starter and driver of progress — thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership to move initiatives forward independently, and brings focus, clarity, and calm under pressure.
  • Grit, curiosity, and a “truth over comfort” approach to driving results.
  • Thrives in high-performance, collaborative environments; embraces continuous learning, iteration, and experimentation.
